What is the ToX-City?

The ToX-city is a community that i have created where everyone and anyone is welcomed I like to imagine it as a City where you are more then welcome to drive through and stop by in, if you like what you see then I'm hopefully you'll stay and be a great member of this community right now we are over 120 strong.
